WORKSHOP - Management methods into your team, how to implement the OKR framework
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Objectives - Key Results (OKRs) is a popular management method.
This method promotes alignment, commitment and clarity throughout the organization, allowing us to ensure that every person in an organisation is working towards common outcomes.
Implementing OKRs in scientific or entrepreneurial projects offers significant benefits, empowering associates to set clear, measurable objectives that can be evaluated quarterly. Moreover, OKRs support a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, as researchers and entrepreneurs are encouraged to align their personal objectives with the broader goals of their department or institution.
This approach not only improves individual performance but also contributes to the overall success of the team’s endeavours, driving impactful research and discoveries.
In this workshop you will learn what are OKRs, what is the difference between KPIs and OKRs, how can OKRs be implemented and how they work within an organization.
- We will start at 16:00 so please be there in advance
- This workshop is free of charge, only registration is required
- This workshop will be held in English
- You don't need to bring anything or have any previous knowledge
